1. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the date of purchase, and the service/product purchased
  3. Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant supporting documentation

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued using the original payment method when possible.
