The following digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once the download has been initiated or the digital product has been accessed:
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your purchased digital product, please contact our customer support team at support@leavenorthcarolina.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the technical problem cannot be fixed.
For one-on-one consultation services:

For multi-session consultation packages:
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your consultation, please contact us within 48 hours after the consultation at support@leavenorthcarolina.com with detailed feedback. We may offer a complimentary follow-up session or a partial/full refund at our discretion based on the circumstances.
For monthly membership subscriptions:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. No refunds will be issued for charges that have already been processed.
For our comprehensive relocation packages:

If we cancel an event or webinar, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued using the original payment method when possible.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy. Please contact us with relevant documentation, and we will review your case individually.
